Prior to owning his first campground Gary worked for twenty seven years at Cangro Industries a Power Transmission distributor. Here he developed his management style and learned how to design and repair all sorts of electrical and mechanical equipment. It is these unique skills and personal ingenuity that makes him so adept at designing and repurposing things. He is extremely talented at thinking way out side of the box for solutions to infrastructure problems.

They have experience in both major campground franchises, KOA and Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Parks. Their hands-on approach with each part of their business has provided them with a variety of award winning skills that has proven to work – keeping their campgrounds in the top 5-10% of the country depending on the rating agencies.
