CONY
I,_______________,being a duly sworn officer, owner, manager of the above named privately owned campground in the State of New York, do hereby, request membership in the Campground Owners of New York, Inc. (CONY).
In applying for membership, I will if accepted, adhere to the principles set forth by CONY, whose principles are dedicated to the promotion, growth, improvement, and development of the privately owned campgrounds in the State of New York.
It is further understood that a large CONY sign will be made available and that I and my campground will be able to use the logo of CONY in my advertising programs. It is understood that the use of this sign and logo is extended only as long as the member campground is a member in good standing.
It is understood that no application is valid or will be acted upon until annual membership dues have been paid in full. Further that dues will be returned to applicant upon refusal of membership.
No applicant can become a member until the campground has been approved by CONY's Board of Directors. Please enclose your valid New York State Health permit #________________ and expiration date _________________.
