Companies interested in doing business with New York campground operators are invited to register as trade show exhibitors and event sponsors at the 50th Exposition for the Outdoor Hospitality Industry, hosted by Campground Owners of New York (CONY), October 31 to November 2, 2013, at the Kaatskill Mountain Club in Hunter, New York.

Donald G. Bennett, Jr. CONY President and CEO, says this will be a banner year to attend the CONY Exposition, as it marks the associations 50th year, indicating a more productive marketplace than usual for doing business and developing new customers. “Our usual Exposition attendees enjoy coming to the trade show to find out the latest products and services they can use to improve their business, and we’re projecting a heavier attendance than usual with people coming to celebrate our anniversary year.”

“CONY members want to find out about the latest products and services they can use to improve their business, well ahead of next season,” says CONY marketing and communications director Suzanne Bixby. “They’re definitely interested in arranging the best deals and ticking items off their shopping lists before they’re busy and prepping to open again next season, as well as getting to know new vendors and establish relationships before then, too.”

The Exposition for the Outdoor Hospitality Industry is a three-day event featuring seminars and general sessions geared toward professional development and business improvement for campground operators. The Exposition also includes an awards banquet and the two-day trade show, slated for Friday November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd

Bennett says a wide variety of businesses are represented at the trade show. “The trade show includes industry suppliers for insurance, retail products, graphic design, campground equipment and products, merchant services, you name it. Any company that has an interesting service or product, or could help improve the function and profitability of a campground is welcome to register for the trade show.”

The trade show will take place Friday, November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd.

Exhibitor booth space (pipe/drape, skirted table, 2 chairs, wireless internet, business listing in program) is only $445 for associate CONY members, and $495 for non-members. Registration fee will also include dinner with attendees for up two exhibit staffers on Friday evening, and breakfast for two staffers on Saturday.
